How to have a Perfect Day

Here's a quick guide to a perfect day:

Happiness matters: Starting the day with a grumpy mood is avoidable. So try to be as chirpy as possible and make sure your loved ones are also equally happy as you guys ahead to the respective chores.

Breakfast is must: Don't skip the breakfast. Even if it comprises boiled eggs and toast, make sure you have it. If all the family can't be together for breakfast, make it a point to have the morning cuppa together. That will make the mornings look sweet.

Pack a sumptuous lunch: It might be a tedious step to pack the lunch boxes everyday, but load your dubba with salad, vegetable and fibre rich stuff that will make you feel and stay fit. Packing some munchies and snacks in small containers keep you tackle hunger pangs too. This is a must.

Don't let work affect your interaction with family: After work hangover is one aspect everyone wants to tackle carefully. It is easier said than done to not let work pressure affect your day, but keeping personal life and professional life in different compartments can really enable quality life. After all, it's about happiness.
