She's possibly the woman every warring couple wish they could run to, especially after the launch of her sell-out book, Breaking Up: Your step-by-step guide to getting divorced, which is possibly why she begins her day with a caffeine kick. "I down the coffee, and am at my desk by 5.30 am, going through my case papers, depending on what I am tackling that day. It's only after this is out of the way, that I can get down to some yoga or head out for a walk," she admits. Brushing up on the Domestic Violence Act (1954) at 5 am may seem extreme, but for the woman who's represented celebrities like Aamir Khan, it's all in a day's work. "The one hour after waking up is when my energies and focus are the sharpest," says Deshmukh, who is at court by 9.30 am. "I've been following this routine for eight years. The only day I skip it is on a Sunday."

Women seek sexual liberty on vacations: Study

For some female tourists, travel is like finding their lost sexual liberty - in one night stands - and "feel like a man", says a fascinating study.

According to a researcher from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, some women feel free from sexual double standards at home and are ready for no-strings-attached sexual encounters.

"While for some, sexual activity has to be related to feelings and some degree of attachment," said Liza Berdychevsky, an assistant professor in the department of recreation, sport and tourism.

She, along with Heather Gibson from University of Florida and Yaniv Poria of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, conducted in-depth interviews with 34 US and Israeli women for her study.

She found that some tourist destinations and experiences promote "an altered sense of reality... while minimising perceptions of risk and long-term consequences", said a report in Sydney Morning Herald.

Some tourist experiences offer a very unique social context that is often very different from everyday life, researchers noted.

According to Berdychevsky, "We should address that sense of invincibility that young people tend to have and make them understand that not everything that happens on vacation will stay there."

Bored of sex life? Mix love to it

The new mantra for women who feel their sex life is boring and bereft of passion: connect love with sex and enhance the pleasure between the sheets.

According to an interesting study, love and commitment can make sex physically more satisfying for many women.

"In our study, women said that they connected love with sex and that love actually enhanced the physical experience of sex," said Beth Montemurro, associate professor of sociology from Penn State Abington, a commonwealth campus of the Pennsylvania State University.

In a series of interviews with 95 women between ages 20 and 68, most said they believed love was necessary for maximum satisfaction in both sexual relationships and marriage.

The benefits of being in love with a sexual partner are more than just emotional.

Most of the women in the study said that love made sex physically more pleasurable.

Women who loved their sexual partners also said they felt less inhibited to explore their sexuality.
